For over 113 years, RMCS has provided high-quality, affordable housing across Ruislip and the surrounding areas. As a not-for-profit organisation, we are proud of our long-standing commitment to the community, offering homes that combine character, quality, and affordability. RMCS have a small, dedicated team that provides excellent services in relation to both housing and property management. RMCS also employ a team of in-house multi-trade operatives that deliver high-quality day-to-day maintenance, planned maintenance and void refurbishment works.

Our Mission
Established in 1911, Ruislip Manor Cottage Society was founded to provide truly affordable homes in West London. Starting with just two semi-detached houses, we’ve grown into a respected organisation with 200 properties under our ownership. All of our homes are carefully maintained, and we remain committed to providing affordable rent well below market levels.
